The book signing at the Barnes & Noble store in Kansas City proved very popular with fans who wanted their cartoon collections signed by the men who produced them. Seated are (L to R): Patrick McDonnell ("Mutts"), Rick Kirkman ("Baby Blues"), Jerry Scott ("writer, "Baby Blues" and "Zits"), and Brian Basset ("Red and Rover").
