Group photo number two. Tony, Terri, Jeff, Steve ("Little Dog Lost") Boreman, Daryll, Craig, Roy, Dan.
Hey look, Matt Feazell arrives...
...meaning it's time for yet another group pic. Next stop: Meeting Room B, and the NCS Panel.
Finally, the National Cartoonists Society panel gets underway. The audience, though exceedingly large, was quite well-behaved. All credit to the convention handlers and the Fire Marshal for keeping things from getting out of hand.
Eagle-eyed observers might discern Dan Davis, Chris Payne and Tad Barney amongst the panel room crowd.
The teeming throng begins to get testy as the discussion winds down. The panel was actually fun and yielded some interesting discussion. We'll have to do it again, if only because the moderator (who neglected to mention his own name and credentials at any point during the panel) forgot to tape record the event as he'd intended.
Returning to the safety of the GLC booth, Jeff, Terri and Steve get back to sketching.
Roy's out the door -- He's got work waiting for him at home, as usual!
Steve, with a bundle of rough Little Dog Lost sketches. We'll have to wait a bit longer to find out more about his upcoming strip. I wonder whom he and Terri are talking to?
Tad Barney can't keep his paws off of cartoon art.
There was an opening at Intrinsic Film, and Tony went for it.
Chris Payne saunters by; reason enough for one last group shot.
Daryll: I'm outta here; later.
